According to Sam’s Club own website, baby diapers falls under the category of items that can be “Returned At Any Time”. This means you have the ultimate amount of flexibility with these, and rightfully so as your child may outgrow the diapers you purchase.

Considering most are in bulk sizes of at least 200 diapers per pack, it’s expected that a return may be coming at some point.

If you need to return a pack of diapers, you can do so in-store, online, or by phone. For online returns, you can visit their website, navigate to the “My Account” page, and initiate a return request within your purchase history. Sam’s Club will email you a return label to ship your items for free.

One issue without the receipt that we’ve seen is sometimes you can only get your return back as a gift card or store credit if you don’t have the original receipt. But, this is on a case by case basis.
