If you’re like me and have friends that are gamers, then chances are you’ve heard of Steam cards. They are a nice gift to give, and it allows me to give my friends the flexibility to get the content they want. Getting them at Walmart is fairly easy too, so I typically shop there for them.

That’s right; you can easily find Steam cards at your local Walmart store or online. Prices range from $20 – $100, and they are only physical gift cards, not digital.

The only knock on purchasing Steam cards online from Walmart is that $50 and $100 are the only offerings available. It’s also a physical card, so there isn’t a digital download option. You’ll need to purchase it and then go to your nearest Walmart store that can pick it up.

If you need more flexibility in price points and have to go to the store anyway to pick up the card, you may be better off just shopping in-store for it.

I like how convenient Steam gift cards can be at Walmart. However, its always good to have other options available when shopping for them. Steam cards can be picked up pretty much anywhere, including places like Amazon, Target, and more.

If you want Steam cards, why consider shopping on Amazon? They offer a wide range of gift cards, making it convenient for you to find the perfect gift for your gaming friends or even yourself! One reason I recommend them over Walmart is that you can get digital Steam cards, not just physical

The prices available ranges go as high as $200.

Target

Perhaps Target is more your style? You can shop for Steam cards in-store or online at Target.

They offer $20, $50, and $100 cards, although anytime I’ve looked, they are usually “Sold Out”. The card is non-reloadable and never expires.

Purchasing From Steam Directly

In some cases, it just makes sense to purchase directly from Steam. They sell both digital and physical cards on their website. When you search through, they actually feature a store locator, which can come in handy.

On the locator, you’re able to see various locations that offer Steam Wallet Codes. The list includes some places you may have never considered including:
